Purchase sponsorship HERE. Choose Garden Party from the dropdown menu and indicate "Sponsor" in the Donor Notes.
In the past, carnival rides were set up and our parish received 10% of the ticket proceeds. These days, the carnival rides must be paid in advance and cost more than we can probably earn by selling tickets to our families. Would your family or organization be willing to help sponsor the cost of the rides with a donation of $300? Sponsors will be recognized by signage at the event, in the bulletin and on Facebook.
PRE-SALES!
Admission is free but families can purchase ride and game tickets in advance for savings. Armbands for unlimited rides on Tuesday can be purchased for $20 ($22 at the door). Tickets will be needed on Wednesday night for games and rides. Purchase 22 tickets for $20 ($22 at the door). Each game will require 1-2 tickets and rides will require 3-4 tickets. Volunteer HERE
MANY volunteers are needed! Get together a group (family, friends, coworkers, former classmates, neighbors) and run one of the children’s games on Wednesday night. Volunteer as an individual for a fun shift at our parish food booth, bake sale, games, ticket sales, clean up, etc. Sign up to help with setup of game corrals on Tuesday night. Volunteering at the Garden Party is the perfect way to meet so many of our terrific parishioners!
ATTENTION ALL BAKERS!
A bake sale and cake walk has been a long-time tradition at the Garden Party. We are looking for several full cakes for the cake walk. Cakes, brownies, pies, cookies, cupcakes and breads would be great for the bake sale. Items can be dropped off at the school entrance on Tuesday, June 23 from 5:00-7:30pm. We will also accept items on Wednesday, June 24 beginning at 3:00. Be sure to stop by the BSS Bakery tables for some goodies during this year’s Garden Party! Carnival rides and food from the carnival booths
Wednesday, June 24 – THE BIG DAY! from 3 – 9 pm
Rides, carnival food, parish game booths with prizes, Dunk Tank, music from our DJ, Bake Sale, cake walk, and lots of camaraderie and fun!
